I took my man to Nobu at the Hard Rock Casino. “The way to a man’s heart is through his esophagus.” How awesome is it that their cocktail picks are made from bamboo and look like little oars?

 

The most luxurious dish of the night.

 

Left. Yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno and cilantro, one of my all-time favorite dishes, ever.
Right. Seared tuna sashimi salad.

Left. Seared albacore tuna in ponzu sauce with garlic slices and green onions.
Right. Chilean Sea Bass in black bean sauce.

Left. Miso glazed black cod.
Right. The walls of Nobu are built using smooth river rocks, with the larger rocks at the bottom of the wall, and gradually becoming smaller towards the ceiling.

Oh yeah, I also jacked a teaspoon.
